OBTAINING YOUR USER ID & PASSWORD

  1. If you’re uncertain whether or not or not you could have already claimed your System ID:
    1. Access the Have I claimed my account? web page
    2. Enter your Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy) and EMPLID (or 7-digit Student ID quantity), and click on [Continue].

    3. The ensuing display screen will both show your UserID (sometimes within the firstname.lastname format) or you’ll obtain a message that claims, “The information you entered does not match any users currently in the system.
      • If your data was discovered, use your UserID and password to log in to the system
      • If your data was not discovered within the system, proceed with claiming your account in Step 2

  4. Enter your Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy) and EMPLID (or 7-digit Student ID quantity), and click on the [Continue] button

  5. The ensuing display screen will show the UserID you must use whenever you log in to Campus Connection. The regular format for this ID is firstname.lastname. Click [Continue].
  6. Enter and make sure your new password, and click on [Save].
    1. The password should comprise between 8 and 16 characters from three of the next 4 classes:
      • English uppercase characters (A by means of Z)

Returning Students (after lapse in enrollment)
